Ingredients:
1 package Dakota Pure Bison Breakfast Sausage
10 biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 to 4 cups milk
Directions:
Brown Dakota Pure Bison Breakfast Sausage in a skillet. Then add butter to the browned bison breakfast sausage. Add flour to breakfast sausage and butter and stir while still on the stove. Then add 3 to 4 cups milk depending how thick you prefer the gravy. Slowly mix until desired consistency. Bake biscuits at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Put bison gravy on top of biscuit and enjoy! Our bison breakfast sausage is filled with flavor so we don’t add in any extra salt or pepper.
