Ingredients:
- DAKOTA PURE BISON FILLETS
- SALT
- PEPPER
- GARLIC
Directions:
- Preheat grill to 400-415 degrees
- While grill is heating up, add salt, pepper, and garlic to both sides of your fillet steaks
- Once grill is to 400-415 degrees, place steaks on grill
- We use an internal thermometer to watch temperature. Flip steaks after about 5 minutes
- Take steaks off grill when steaks reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare
