Ingredients
2 lbs ground Dakota Pure Bison burger
8-10 strips of bacon cooked and chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs or oatmeal
1/4 milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
(Can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup onion if you like)
Directions
Mix all ingredients put in tin foil pan (9×13 or whatever size you have really)
Preheat smoker to 325 degrees. Once grill is up to temp put it in and cook until internal temp of 165. Usually takes about an hour to hour and a half
