Tasty Tuesday Dakota Pure Bison Meatballs
Ingredients:
– 1 lb Dakota Pure Bison ground burger (can use DPB Burger Box or Ancestral Blend Box)
– 4 raw bacon strips (diced)
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1/2 vidalia onion diced
– 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– salt + fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400, lightly grease a baking sheet or dish
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground bison, diced raw bacon, bread crumbs, egg, diced onions, pressed garlic, parsley, salt + pepper. Use hands to mix all the ingredients together.
3. Roll the mixture it to desired sized meatballs, place in baking dish
4. Cook for 15-20 rotating the meatballs half-way through
5. Enjoy!! (Recipe is great for doubling as well)
