I have been buying Dakota Pure ground bison at my local grocery store, Fiesta Foods in Beresford. This meat makes the most delicious burgers – best I’ve ever had. I absolutely love it. I am going to try these meatballs. Thank you so much for providing such delicious meat. If I was 40 years younger I would be raising bison. They are majestic animals with individual personalities. They have always fascinated me since I saw my first bison at age 5.
