Ingredients:
@dakotapurebison Bison Burger
1 Packet Cauliflower Rice
1 Packet Brown Rice Quinoa
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 Onion (Chopped)
5-6 Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
Green Peppers (Tops Cut, Middles Cleaned)
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients together, stuff in cleaned peppers. Sprinkle with a little extra shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes. Serve with your choice of toppings (Lettuce, Jalapenos, Taco Sauce, Spoonful of plain yogurt, etc.)
