58 pounds ground burger in 1 pound packages
*1 steak to a package and all steaks are cut approximately 1.25 inches thick
*Because this is a 1/4 of a bison, the weights may slightly vary between every box of meat
We like selling a 1/4 because it uses all of the bison and it is an amazing value for our customers!
*Orders need to be placed by 6 pm on Saturday in order to be shipped out the following Monday
