    The vacuum seal is excellent. It makes the packages seem small, but once opened they are everything expected..

    I bought steak box. I had the New York strip, cooked medium rare. Coming from someone that eats steak from cow regularly, I would say that bison steak was a lot better. It was tender and I loved the flavor of meat.
