Shipping Information
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders may be delayed under some circumstances.
All orders containing frozen meat will be shipped via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days.
We ship all orders on MONDAY MORNINGS. Any order containing meat or a perishable item placed after Monday at 8:00 a.m. MST may be held and shipped the following Monday.

We DO NOT ship internationally or to U.S. Territories at this time.

*Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS’s services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
Product Packaging and Shipping Safety
All meat products are individually vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen. It’s placed in an insulated Styrofoam box with a thickness of 1.5 inches, lined with a thermal liner bag to enhance insulation. These liner bags can extend the safe transit time of perishables by an average of 25%, and in some cases up to 40%, effectively doubling insulation effectiveness. The insulated box is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard box for added protection during transit. To further ensure the meat remains frozen while traveling to you, we add dry ice to every order.
NOTE: In most cases, the dry ice will have sublimated by the time your package arrives.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will make it right.
Claims regarding package issues must be made within 3 days of delivery. For any quality-related concerns, please notify us within 30 days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using our contact form with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns (exceptions may apply).

Failed Shipment Policy
Occasionally, unforeseen issues can cause a shipment to arrive late and thawed. Our policy is straightforward and customer-friendly: if the issue is due to our error or that of our carrier, we will replace your order or issue a refund, according to your preference.
However, if the failure is due to an error on the purchaser’s or recipient’s part—such as providing an incomplete or incorrect address, requesting special shipping instructions, refusing delivery, or if the order is left unattended and subsequently stolen, damaged, or ruined—we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
