Dakota Pure Bison Fillet (BEST STEAK YOU WILL EVER TASTE)

Ingredients:

  • DAKOTA PURE BISON FILLETS
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • GARLIC

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to 400-415 degrees
  2. While grill is heating up, add salt, pepper, and garlic to both sides of your fillet steaks
  3. Once grill is to 400-415 degrees, place steaks on grill
  4. We use an internal thermometer to watch temperature. Flip steaks after about 5 minutes 
  5. Take steaks off grill when steaks reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare 
  6. ENJOY!!!!
