
Dakota Pure Bison Ribeye Reverse Sear

Ingredients:
- 2 packages Dakota Pure Bison Ribeyes
- Salt
- Butter
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Directions:
- (Optional Step) Salt Ribeyes and keep in fridge for 24 hours to absorb the salt
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Place steaks in oven at 250 degrees for slow cooking until the steaks reach 135 degrees
- Remove steaks from oven and sear in cast iron skillet with butter, thyme, and rosemary
- Enjoy!
